Nest Lifestyle is a residential and hospitality management company focused on delivering exceptional property and lifestyle services. We are growing and looking for a driven Sales Associate to support our expansion by generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to generate new sales for the business. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching and converting cold leads into new clients. This is a proactive, front facing role suited to someone confident in outreach, networking and relationship building.
 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing and direct outreach

• Identify prospects through LinkedIn searches and other digital platforms

• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions and business forums to build relationships

• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients

• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Track leads and activity through CRM systems

• Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

 

About You
 

• Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable approaching cold leads and initiating conversations

• Self motivated and target driven

• Strong organisational and follow up skills

• Professional presence at networking and industry events

• Experience within property, hospitality or related sectors is desirable but not essential
