Nest Facilities is seeking a driven and commercially focused Commission Only Sales Agent to generate new business across our facilities management services.
This role is purely focused on sourcing and converting new clients. There is no basic salary. Earnings are directly linked to performance, with uncapped commission paid on successfully secured contracts.

The role
Your sole responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert new clients for Nest Facilities.
You will
- Source new commercial and residential facilities management opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and existing contacts
- Present Nest Facilities services clearly and professionally
- Convert prospects into signed service agreements
- Hand over secured contracts to the operations team for delivery
There are no operational or service delivery responsibilities within this role.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within facilities management, property services, or construction related sectors
- Strong understanding of client needs within building services or facilities environments
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently
- Happy to work on a commission only basis
- Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
